Start with the system you control.

Suchi is self-hosted. Account, document, retention, and availability questions belong with the operator of the server you selected. The public project cannot inspect a private instance.

Server and account help

Contact the person or organization operating your Suchi server for login, account, document, deletion, backup, processor, or availability issues. Include the server version, the failing action, the time and timezone, and any request identifier shown. The operator can inspect its logs without exposing your archive to the public project.

Companion help

Companion v0.1.0 supports iPhone on iOS 26.0 or newer and Android phones on API 31 or newer. Email [email protected] for pairing, capture, import, upload queue, offline copy, search, or mobile interface problems. Include the Companion version and build from More → About, operating-system version, Suchi server version, steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, and any request identifier. For queue or download failures, include the file type, file size, and available device space. Individual files are limited to 64 MiB and mobile writes preserve 512 MiB free. State whether the issue persists after reopening the app; do not discard unresolved queue items just to troubleshoot.

Share diagnostics safely

Never send passwords, API tokens, private server URLs, document bytes, OCR text, screenshots containing archive data, device identifiers, signing keys, or store credentials. Redact personal data from screenshots and logs. Support will never ask for a full archive or a signing credential.

Non-sensitive server bugs can use the server issue tracker; Companion bugs can use the mobile issue tracker. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the security page, never a public issue.
